Our commitment to health and well-being: joining the WHP program

Since 2024, our company has joined the 'Workplaces that Promote Health' program, in collaboration with the local Health Protection Agencies (ATS), as part of the actions outlined in the Regional Prevention Plan.

Focus on well-being

In line with our core values, we have chosen to actively promote personal and organizational well-being, supporting work-life balance and protecting health and safety in the workplace. We believe that a healthy and people-focused work environment represents an added value for everyone.

What is the WHP program

The WHP (Workplace Health Promotion) program aims to reduce the preventable and avoidable burden of morbidity, mortality, and disability related to non-communicable chronic diseases (NCDs), through concrete actions that encourage the adoption of healthy lifestyles within workplaces.

Companies joining the WHP network commit to implementing good practices in six thematic areas:

• Balanced nutrition
• Tobacco control
• Regular physical activity
• Safe and sustainable mobility
• Prevention of alcohol and other addictions
• Well-being and work-life balance

A shared journey

All employees were involved through the completion of questionnaires aimed at mapping needs, habits, and expectations. Based on the emerging results, the internal Working Group – composed of Human Resources, Company Doctor, Health and Safety Manager (RSPP), Workers' Safety Representative (RLS), and other company figures – has defined and is defining priority interventions to be implemented in the coming years, in order to keep the program participation active and concrete and to consolidate the WHP certification.
