BURLOTTI SPEDIZIONI specializes in 'Transportation services on behalf of third parties for various goods using box trucks, tarpaulin trucks, dump trucks, and container carriers' and aims to consolidate its position in the sectors in which it already operates, ensuring compliance with mandatory requirements and the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, as well as the implicit and explicit needs of its Clients.

BURLOTTI SPEDIZIONI pursues this goal through the implementation of a Quality Management System and the ability to identify and manage the critical points of all its processes regarding the satisfaction of contractual and mandatory requirements.

The Quality Management System regulates the service delivery processes in a planned, documented manner aimed at achieving the following objectives:

• Addressing the risks and opportunities related to the internal and external business context and the needs and expectations of relevant Stakeholders through their periodic review and adjustment.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements through systematic monitoring of obligations to be met and timely adoption of legislative changes.
• Ensure the ability to regularly provide services in compliance with contractual requirements, pursuing customer satisfaction and strengthening its image and reputation in the market, particularly through:
  • the maintenance of the vehicles in efficiency
  • the monitoring of the maintenance of professionalism by the staff
  • the planning and real-time monitoring of trips
  • the promotion, within itself, of awareness among all regarding their role and responsibility in order to achieve Customer satisfaction and the predetermined Quality Objectives.
• Pursue dimensional development particularly through:
  • the ability to ensure adequate flexibility to meet the urgent requests of its Clients
• Continuously improve the Quality Management System and the efficiency of business processes through its systematic application and cost control.
• Achieve satisfactory economic results through the activities described in the previous points.

On the occasion of the review of the Management System, the Management

• verify the adequacy and effectiveness of the Policy, particularly through monitoring business performance, the degree of application of the system and the achievement of set objectives, and based on any changes in the internal and external organizational context and/or the needs and expectations of Stakeholders;
• defines measurable short-term objectives aimed at implementing the Policy and ensuring the development and continuous improvement of the Management System.

Management ensures that all staff have the resources necessary to achieve this Policy.

Any dispute regarding the pursuit of the Policy must be promptly brought to the attention of the management for resolution.

The Policy is communicated to all individuals working in the company or on its behalf through posting and publication on the company website.
